50th Edition of Ambienta: Marked by a Jubilee and a New Business Concept
This year, the furniture fair Ambienta marks its fiftieth edition. This is a jubilee that indicates high quality of this experts’ event and a strong interest of exhibitors and visitors, who are many.
Ambienta, the International Furniture, Interior Decoration and Supporting Industry Fair will take place from 26 September to 1 October this year at the Zagreb Fair. The fiftieth anniversary of the event will keep the tradition of gathering furniture producers, professionals as well as numerous visitors for whom this is the place to find out about most recent trends in interior decoration, draw ideas but also set up deals.
Covering 5600 sqm of exhibition space in three pavilions of the Zagreb Fair, 90 exhibitors from 12 countries, that is Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, will present their products and services. The strength of the Croatian industry as well as that of foreign countries will be presented through four thematic units: Furniture and Interior Decoration, Product Design Zone, Construction and Equipping and Exterior Decoration Trends.
Another fair with a related topic, Hotel&Gastroteh Fair, featuring catering and hotel equipment and the HoReCa programme will complement Ambienta. Forty-three exhibitors coming from Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the USA, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden and Croatia, will present novelties in this industry.
A new concept with several fairs taking place at the same time in this space organised by partners of the Zagreb Fair will certainly contribute to the public interest and increase the number of visitors. Along with Ambienta and Hotel&Gastroteh, ArhiBau.hr, the Zagreb Design Week and the art fair Art Zagreb will also take place. As many as five fairs will jointly be presented to visitors in one place taking place in eight pavilions, covering more than 18,000 sqm.
All of these fairs will be marked by a modern exhibition concept, numerous professional programmes and conferences and provide additional opportunity for networking and cooperation.
