Esplanade For Wine Lovers – Zagreb VINOcom 2018
The Zagreb VINOcom international festival of wine and cuisine will gather once more the best Croatian winemakers in Hotel Esplanade.
Wine lovers and foodies have surely already marked the dates in their diaries: Friday and Saturday 23 and 24 November. These are the days when the 13th Zagreb VINOcom international festival of wine and cuisine will offer the best of Croatian gastronomy. The Festival is entirely dedicated to culture at table, to food and wine as an essential part of the economy and the Croatian tourist offering. VINOcom is the champion of aromas which drift from all around: Pag island cheeses, truffles, Drniš pršut, seafood specialities, dried meat delicatessen… However, wine is of course the main focus and you will find practically all wines at VINOcom. The list of winemakers who have chosen this event to acquaint wine-lovers with their offerings is long. At the Festival there will be presentations and tastings of wine, complemented by food; there will be cutting-edge training on food and wine for business people, traders, sommeliers, restaurateurs, celebrities, journalists and other lovers of food and drink.
