The First Easter Fair will be held in the Natura exhibition area on the +1 floor of the Green Gold Centre between 4 and 7 April. This Easter event, intent on combining traditions, heritage and modern-day produce, will provide an opportunity to some 100 craftsmen, artists, manufacturers of hand-made products and old crafts, as well as food producers from rural areas to present their offers to visitors.
Apart from the exhibition part, there will be daily creative workshops for children and grown-ups, a rich entertainment program and a host of other pleasant surprises, both for the young ones and their parents. This will include fashion shows, exhibitions and shows by jugglers, magicians, street performers and dancers…
The entire event is humanitarian in nature. For example, the program on 7 April will be organized in cooperation with members of the humanitarian association “Luka Ritz Counselling Service” whose work enjoys the support of many public figures. The association promotes non-violence and tries to modify violent behaviour among the young by changing the system of individual values, as well as children’s and parents’ notions on responsible behaviour towards themselves and others.
