International Tourism Fair

The International Tourism Fair Crotour 2009 will take place at Zagreb Fair from April 1st to 5th. The International Tourism Fair Crotour is a place to introduce foreign tour operators to the domestic offer of tourist services and capacities, as well as negotiate “last minute” arrangements and the sale of allotment packages for 2010. The fair is intended for domestic and foreign tourist agencies and tour operators, owners of hotels, restaurants, marinas, camps and other tourist facilities, as well as potential investors, owners of golf courses and manufacturers of golf equipment, and everyone else that uses tourist services. It is also aimed at a very wide public audience, professional organizations and associations. Therefore, it also includes the organization of a number of professional gatherings. As a result, it is extensively covered by the media.

As with previous fairs, at this year's Crotour will have displays that will also be accompanied by a number of fun and entertainment events that are aimed at the general public, which provide the ideal platform for the comprehensive promotion of tourism destinations and services. The exhibitors will also benefit from an opportunity to develop new ideas for their future marketing plans market- segmented promotion campaigns. Crotour’s events will also include the ”Buy Croatia” tourism fair organized by Croatian Tourist Board's to promote destinations in the continental parts of Croatia.

The International Tourism Fair Crotour 2009 is being held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia and supported by the Croatian Tourist Board and the World Tourism Organization.
